From engineering to Electronic Dance Music (EDM), Justin Arnold, a five year creative werks veteran, has established himself as a fixer. A 2011 graduate of Purdue University's school of Industrial Engineering, Arnold came to creative werks in the Management Trainee role and rotated throughout the organization from Supply Chain, to Production, to Engineering to Finance. Now, in a newly created role, he serves as creative werks' Manager of Continuous Improvement. From earning straight A's in Rising Sun, Indiana to receiving the Eli Lilly Endowment Scholarship, to an upcoming marathon in Havana, Cuba, Justin Arnold is fast on his way to emulating the career of one of his favorite inventors and entrepreneurs of all time, Elon Musk.
Where did you grow up?
I spent most of my childhood in Cincinnati, Ohio and my adolescent years and High School in Rising Sun, Indiana.
If you were a super hero who would you be and what would be your 'power'?
That’s an easy one: If I were a superhero, I would be Iron Man. His suit is an armored shield, contains a variety of weapons and defense mechanisms, allows him to hover and fly, has an onboard computer and integrated intelligence system (Jarvis) that allows for optimum assisted decision making, and is powered by the energy of his heart. He is also widely accepted by the rest of the Marvel team so he has awesome friends.
Who would you most like to meet?
I would most like to meet Elon Musk. I would want to pick his brain and learn from him about his thought process/design approach/strategies/idea inception/his work on: the HyperLoop, Tesla Motors, SpaceX, PayPal, and theories on supersonic aircrafts.
What were you like at age 10?
At the age of 10….I really liked to play basketball, baseball, ride bikes, and I got good grades.
Where will creative werks be in 10 years?
In 10 years (as history has shown) we will most likely have landed more, larger clients and projects. I am sure that we will expand and/or relocate and probably take on many more opportunities that we’ve never done for the first time. Ten years in creative werks’ time is like 63.5 regular years so it’s hard to tell!

When people don’t know the difference between/use incorrectly: your you’re | their, they’re, there | its, it’s.
What's the best piece of advice you have ever received?
“Never attribute to malice that which can be adequately explained by stupidity”.
What's the first thing you would do if you were the sole survivor on Earth?
If I was the last person on Earth, I would go explore Area 51.
What keeps you up at night?
Thinking of answers to Spotlight questions and Netflix.
What is the appropriate attire to wear to an EDM concert?

- Headband/Bandana to keep sweat out of your eyes and the dust out of your mouth if you’re raving in a dusty environment
- Sunglasses
- Camelbak (for water replenishment)
- Battery Pack (so you don’t lose your rave family if your phone happens to die, and so you can take awesome videos)
- Dri-Fit tank top
- Basketball/Dri-Fit shorts
- Comfortable, worn in rave tennis shoes
- Kandi – wristwear to be traded with other festival friends, and to tell the story of where you’ve been (previous festival bracelets, etc.)

My passport; running shoes; and money for cigars
Who would play you in a movie?
If a movie was made about my life it would definitely be played by Adam Sandler. We look alike, and we're funny.
