The Operations Management Trainee will learn key functions of the organization through a specific rotation, which is designed to expose the trainee to various aspects of our business. The rotation program includes production team leadership, production control coordination, logistics, quality assurance, supplier development, along with possible opportunities in finance and project management. Depending on associate’s skills and interests, and company needs, the associate will gain exposure to a wide range of company functions. The goal is to come out of the program as a well-rounded business person with a thorough understanding of our business process.   • Manage and organize upcoming project information to ensure all Production Line startups are effective and efficient. This process includes but is not limited to; equipment research, equipment recommendations, equipment procurement, production line layouts, production line drawings in AutoCAD, materials research and suggested resources to adequately execute projects.
  • Maintain and create drawings (AutoCAD) of Facilities & Production Line layouts that include the necessary equipment, resources, labor and materials.
  • Continuous Improvement – continually monitor and analyze existing processes to ensure that all opportunities for improvement have been explored and analyzed for return on investment. Identify opportunities to error proof procedures and processes.
  • Diagnostics & Observations – Evaluate existing operations to identify new opportunities.

Responsibilities of the Position

Administer, maintain, and manage the physical and software components that comprise the core network infrastructure of the enterprise with the goal of maximizing uptime and efficiency while minimizing administrative effort including, but not limited to:

  • Windows network domain(s) – Domain Controllers, Active Directory, DHCP scopes, DNS, Group Policy Objects, Certificates.
  • Physical and Virtual Servers – VM Hosts, SANs, etc. – monitor health, stability, manage upgrades of both the hardware, operating systems, and relevant enterprise software.
