Summary
The Operations Management Trainee will learn key functions of the organization through a specific rotation, which is designed to expose the trainee to various aspects of our business.   • Manage and organize upcoming project information to ensure all Production Line startups are effective and efficient. Administer, maintain, and manage the physical and software components that comprise the core network infrastructure of the enterprise with the goal of maximizing uptime and efficiency while minimizing administrative effort including, but not limited to:

  • Windows network domain(s) – Domain Controllers, Active Directory, DHCP scopes, DNS, Group Policy Objects, Certificates.
  • Physical and Virtual Servers – VM Hosts, SANs, etc. – monitor health, stability, manage upgrades of both the hardware, operating systems, and relevant enterprise software.

Summary

Position is responsible for overseeing, maintaining and reporting on site Sanitation and Recycling programs.  Ensures necessary and appropriate sanitations across all three shifts are being performed, appropriate staff and time are allotted, training and documentation remains up to date, and reports to upper management ongoing activities along with potential opportunities for improvement keeping Food Safety and efficiencies in mind.

Oversee shift Assistant Sanitation Supervisors, providing guidance on daily expectations and schedules sanitations.
Work closely with Supply Chain and Production to schedule and plan out sanitations and validations for site.
Determine and provide guidance to Production and Sanitation teams on what sanitations need to be performed, how the sanitation should be performed and how sanitations are documented.
Update site specific documents including Line Clearance Sheets, SSOPs, and production line guidance binders.

Summary

This position will be responsible for coordinating packaging, inventory, and deployment for specific clients.  Additionally, they will inform and alert project management (PM) of any issues related to client demands. The project coordinator will also assist the PM with client specific requirements.

 

Responsibilities of the Position

Component procurement

  • Upon reviewing the customer forecast or schedule, order the required components to fulfill the requirements of a specific project with PM’s approval.
  • Communicate and help manage cw suppliers.
  • Inform and copy PM on all communication, and immediately alert PM if there will be any issues or delays in meeting the customers’ expectations.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the customer.
  • Participate and follow-up in all purchase packaging for all turnkey projects.

Inventory

  • Assist in managing cw’s inventory control system. Accuracy is one of cw’s core values.

Deployment

  • Ensure that all Finished Goods (FG) are available and execute deployment.
  • Monitor and compare FG inventory utilizing the client’s system and Syteline. Ensure that LOT codes, dates, and quantities are accurate.

Assist Project Managers
